LPC Cones (Motor Brush Springs)

LPC Cones are open ended springs.  This allows them the mingle with other springs making it a pain to separate some of them.  Shaking them loose is the best option.  Otherwise they must be carefully pulled aparts with fingers and tweezers.  Cones can't be made with closed ends.  Watch the video.
 
These are our High Quality LPC Motor Brush Springs.  They ONLY fit the LPC Chassis.  They will not work in Aurora Magna-traction chassis because they sit too low and do not have enough tension at that low height.
 
Cones are designed to collapse to a completely flat profile allowing a lower profile.  Any adjustment to their length risks allowing this perfect collapse.  If they do not collapse correctly they risk pushing the metal brush tab out of the chassis.  This is to be avoidable at all costs. Bending the metal tabs requires replacement of the tabs due to the loss of brush tension.
