LPC Reviews

With over 3,000 laps now on the LPC chassis, I'm doing my best to run it into the ground. 


I don't know the composition of your motor brushes, but they run very cleanly with extremely minimal wear for both themselves and the commutator. As an aside, I currently run your motor brushes in all of my pancake cars. They are the best on the market.


Again, I don't know the alloy used for your pickup shoes, but at this point in time they only exhibit minimal scuffing and no burning. Measured pickup tension is 2.8 grams. It probably helps that the rails on my Banzai BuckTrax are very smooth and clean. And of course the very clean DC power from my lab-grade Lambda  power supply certainly helps.



The HOCOC Tech Inspector, Rickie Hubbert has been over, run laps with the car, and is as impressed as I am.  Thank you for all that you do in support of the hobby of HO slot cars.

AW?!?!? There is no comparison between your product and AW. The AW cars are in the toy catagory. Your chassis are in the let's go racing catagory. We race your TFX chassis in two different classes, both very competitive. I can foresee nothing but greatness for the LPC chassis. When released, you are going to knock the majority of the HO slot car world flat on their arse. You've not just come up with another mousetrap but a completely new paradigm. I see nothing but greatness in your future. I've been racing slot cars since 1962 and the LPC leaves me practically speechless.

Over all it is safe to say that I am very pleased with the performance of the LPC chassis. My guess is that the LPC is not going to retail anywhere near close to the typical $200.00+ cost of a ready to run Fray car and yet it clearly out-performs it.

I'm very confident in your design of this car. It is very clear that great thought went into its design. Even something as seemingly simple as how you handled the window of the pickup shoes. It makes restricting the shoes so much easier and makes one wonder why no one has done something similar before.  I do believe that you are going to set the pancake motored world on edge when the LPC makes a wide and public debute.  As that silly chef says on the cooking shows, "winner winner chicken dinner!"
